Commercial Labor Rates:

Lead Technician and Apprentice Onsite - $200 per hour; Weekend & After-Hours - $300
Lead Technician Onsite - $150 per hour; Weekend & After-Hours - $225

Residential Labor Rates:

Lead Technician and Apprentice Onsite - $230 per hour; Weekend & After-Hours - $345
Lead Technician Onsite - $172.5 per hour; Weekend & After-Hours - $258.75

Travel:

For locations exceeding 25 miles from the shop, travel to the job is billed at the above rates.

Equipment:

Single man lift or boat for dock work - $350 per day OR $43.75 per hour
Tow-behind (2 man) lift - $450 per day OR $56.25 per hour

Excluded From Proposal:

Utilities fees and associated costs.
Permit and fees.
Various site repairs, damages, and unforeseen costs.

This estimate is valid for 30 days.

Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

"Contractor" refers to East-West Electric, Inc.

"Client" refers to the recipient of the electrical services.

"Services" include all electrical work, installation, and maintenance.

2. Scope of Work

Changes to the work scope must be agreed upon in writing.

3. Fees and Payment

Invoices are due within 30 days; late payments incur 1.5% interest monthly.

12. Governing Law

These terms follow Florida state laws.

13. Amendments

Terms may be updated; continued use means acceptance.

14. Force Majeure

Contractor is not liable for delays due to unforeseen events.
