The first step we would take is to block off the area and make it safe – electrically speaking. Then, we record what is specifically needed to replace everything. And finally, we remove the damaged pole and fixtures and dispose of them properly.
We cut the asphalt around the original base with a saw and remove it entirely. Then, we form a new stable base that contains the electrical conduit with wiring, and the structural anchor bolts for the pole. Once we finish the concrete base, the area is repaved.
The light fixture, brackets, and pole are now assembled and wired together.
The final assembly of the pole is put into place with a crane truck. The light pole is put on the concrete base with bolts and adjusted vertically leveled. Finally, the wires are connected, and the lights energized to operate.
